  We had a routine maintenance call for our boiler on Thursday and it was discovered to be beyond repair. We ordered a replacement and on the following Tuesday the new boiler was installed by a hard working and very efficient young engineer, Dale Head. The following day the central heating pump failed and on Thursday another engineer called and replaced the pump. That is what we call professionalism!

  Highly recommend rapid response maintenance, There customer service is excellent, i reported to my insurance company a boiler fault, and rapid response came out the same day and fixed my boiler, They are extremely helpful and go out of there way to help you. The engineer who attended my property was very polite and explained every step of what he was doing. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and family.
